Katie is an dental hygienist of 20yrs, graduating from the university of Maine in 2004. After working for for 13+ yrs she took some time to achieve her Bachelor’s in Mental Health and Human Services while being a stay at home mother, during COVID. Katie also achieved her independent practicing hygiene license shortly after her return to hygiene in 2021.

Katie is a native to Maine and grew up in Augusta. Florida is a second home for her where she spends most of her vacations visiting family there. She enjoys the sun and the clear blue water.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and her husband along with the family petsw; two dogs -a miniature Australian shephard, shephard lab mix and a 26+lb Maine Coon cat.

Never afraid to learn new things, Katie has recently completed a large home renovation project with her husband, which the family now enjoys. She is excited to join Balance and Maine Oral Health & Wellness with Kala to provide next level care.
